We believe that God has given His words to us for a purpose; a purpose that lives and breathes deep in every human heart. This purpose will not be denied, but will accomplish His desire. These songs are God's words, either taken directly from Holy Scripture or adapted closely from it. This makes it hard for Return to think of them as "their" songs, but rather as His plea for us all to "Re-turn" to Him and receive His grace.
